• As we talked about the other day, Twitter is going to  cancel many dormant accounts, which will also make many @handles free to users once again. And if you’ve got your eye on a handle in particular that you like, or maybe several handles that you might want for your business, now, you can track their status, via a new app called handle.horse which tracks Twitter account status. • I bet you know what I’m going to talk about first… No not Elon Musk, Not Tiktok, But ChatGPT. HOLY cow. I played with all weekend and all day yesterday and I’m still not sure what we are dealing with. My mind is blown. GPT stands for Generative Pretrained Transformer. Its a type of artificial intelligence model that uses deep learning ot generate text that is similar to human writing. 

• After  suspending its $8 verification plan early last month, it’s now planning to restart the program once again, though with one significant tweak.

  And that is that  users that sign up on an iOS device will have to pay $11 per month - or $132 per year - to get their own blue checkmark, or alternatively, you can pay $8 per month if you sign up on the web. Learn more here.
