[00:00:01.780] Hey, guys. It’s Gary Vaynerchuk. You’re listening to the Front Row Entrepreneur podcast with our girl, Jen
[00:00:10.800] What if I told you that just 15 minutes a day with AI could completely transform your productivity. Not ours, not some complicated system. Just 15 minutes. Today, I am giving you the exact routine that I use and recommend to my clients, the one that actually sticks because it's simple enough to every single day. Let's go. Hey, everybody. Welcome back. I'm Jenn Lehner. Today, we're taking it to the next level, how to use it consistently, because here's what I've learned. The people who get the most out of AI aren't the ones who spend hours learning prompts and mastering every feature, they're the people who show up every day with a simple routine. I've been in the online business space for a long time, and I've seen every productivity system under the sun. What I can tell is that the best system is the one you actually use. What I'm sharing today isn't complicated, it's not fancy, but it does work. If you commit to this for 30 days, I promise you'll wonder how you ever ran your business without it. All right, let me walk you through the 15 minute AI Routine. There are three parts, and each one takes about five minutes.

[00:01:22.700] Part one, the brain dump. It's always about the brain dump, right? This is the first five minutes. You open AI tool of choice, and you just talk to it. Almost all of them, let's say, Claude, ChatGPT, they all now have the ability for you to... You could use the voice feature, or You could use the transcribe feature. But either way, you just want to talk directly to the AI. Tell it what's on your mind, what you've been working on, what's stressing you out, what's coming up. It can be messy. It can be stream of consciousness. The AI doesn't judge. That's the beauty. Here's an example of what this might sound like. Okay, today I need to finish that email sequence for the launch. I'm also worried about the webinar next week. I don't have my slides done, and I keep procrastinating on that client proposal. Oh, and I should probably post something on social media, but I have no idea what. I need to food prep, but I got to go to the grocery store first, and I don't even know what I'm going to buy. That's it. Just dump it all out. This does two things.
[00:02:34.580] It gets everything out of your head and onto a page, and it gives the AI context for what's actually going on in your world. Part 2. This is the priority pick. This is minutes 5 through 10. After you've done your brain dump, ask the AI this. Say, Based on what I've shared, what's the one thing I should focus on today that will move the needle the most? Then have a quick conversation about it. The AI might push back. It might ask clarifying questions. It might suggest something that you hadn't considered. This is where the magic happens. You're not just getting a to-do list, you're getting a thinking partner to help you prioritize. I can't tell you how many times this simple question has completely shifted my day. I'll come in thinking, I need to do X, and after talking through it with AI, I realize that Y is actually more important and urgent. It's like having a really smart advisor available every single morning. Okay, part three, this is the quick win. This is the last five minutes. Once you've identified your priority, you use the AI to get a quick win on it. Maybe it's drafting the first paragraph of that email.
[00:03:52.420] Maybe it's creating an outline for those webinar slides. Maybe it's generating five social media posts ideas. The goal isn't to finish the whole project. It's to get momentum. There's actually science behind this. When you complete a task, even a small one, your brain releases dopamine, and that dopamine makes you want to keep going. By ending your 15-minute routine with a tangible output, you're setting yourself up to actually follow through on the rest of your day. That's the routine. Brain dump, priority pick, quick win. Five 20 minutes each, 15 minutes total, every morning before you check email, before you scroll social, before you do anything else.
[00:04:39.140] Quick break to tell you about the Front Row AI Club. If you're loving these episodes and want to go deeper, the club is where it happens. Every month, we do live strategy calls where I answer your specific questions, plus you get access to our entire library of trainings, prompts, and templates. The brain dump prompt I just talked about, that's in the club. The priority pick framework, it's in the club. Join Find us at frontrowaiclub. Com. It's $97 a month. Honestly, if this 15-minute routine saves you even one hour a week, it pays for itself many times over.
[00:05:10.050] Okay, let's keep going. Now, let me give you some pro tips to make this routine even more powerful. Number one, same time, same place. Do this routine at the same time every day as much as you can. For most people, that's first thing in the morning. I do mine right after coffee is ready. It's actually part of my morning ritual now. It It used to be coffee and New York Times Games. Now it's coffee, this exercise, and then New York Times Games. The consistency is what makes it stick. If you try to fit it in whenever, it's just not going to happen. Tip two, use the same conversation thread. Here's a game changer. Don't start a new chat every day. Keep one running thread for your daily check-ins. That way, the AI builds up context about you and your business, your priorities, your patterns. After a few weeks, it'll start making connections you didn't even ask for. It's like building a relationship with a colleague. You can, over time, let's say two months go by, you could take this chat thread, turn that into some document, get a summary of that, and put that into other LLMs that you might want to chat with.
[00:06:31.320] Again, bringing it up to speed so that it knows us. Tip number three, don't overthink it. Your brain dump doesn't need to be eloquent. Your priority pick doesn't need to be perfect. Your quick win doesn't need to be impressive. The goal is consistency, not perfection. I've had days where my brain dump is literally, I'm tired and I don't want to work, but I have too much to do. You know what? The AI helps me work through that, too. Finally, end gratitude. This is optional, but I like to end my 15 minutes by telling the AI one thing that I'm grateful for or one thing that I'm looking forward to. It sets a positive tone for the day. I know it sounds cheesy, but try it for a week and see how you feel.
[00:07:15.920] To make this easy for you, I created a free Notion template. It's the entire system. It has all three steps laid out, copy and paste prompts for each one, and a seven-day challenge tracker, so you can actually hold yourself accountable. Go to jennlaner. Com/101 to grab it.
[00:07:34.660] One more thing, if 15 minutes feels like just too much at first, start with 10 or even five, just the brain dump. The most important thing is that you start. You can always expand once it becomes a habit. So your action item for this episode is tomorrow morning, before you do anything else, I want you to try this routine. Set a Timer, do your brain dump. Ask for your priority pick. Get your quick win. Then do it again the next day and the next. Commit to seven days and see what shifts. And if you want to, screenshot your brain dump and share on Instagram stories or tag me, or DM me at jenn_laner on Instagram, I'd love to see it and cheer you on. Okay, see you then.
